Founded in 1988 by Justin and Lori Bryan, JL Bryson Inc. was built on hard work, determination, and a vision of creating something lasting for their family and community. Originally founded as J&L Construction, the company began with Justin managing projects in the field and Lori overseeing office operations. Starting in residential construction with spec and custom homes, the business expanded after relocating to Springdale, AR in 1992 into duplexes, commercial construction, and specialty projects, earning a reputation for dependable workmanship and personal service.

A turning point came when the company was awarded work on the original expansion of the Madison County Wastewater Treatment Plant, launching into industrial and municipal construction. In 2005, the business incorporated as JL Bryson Inc., honoring Justin, Lori, and their family legacy. As project demands evolved, the company expanded into in-house metal fabrication, manufacturing, and precision machining services, creating the full-service industrial contractor clients know today. Still family-owned and family-led, JL Bryson continues to operate on the values it was founded on: honesty, quality, integrity, and respect.
