Founded in 1988 by Justin Bryan and Lori Bryan, JL Bryson Inc. was built on hard work, determination, and a shared dream of creating something lasting for their family and community. What began as J&L Construction in 1988 started with Justin in the field and Lori managing the office. The company began with spec homes and eventually moved into custom homes. After relocating to Springdale, AR in 1992, the business expanded into duplexes, commercial buildings, and specialty projects, steadily building a reputation for dependable work and personal service.

A major turning point came when the team bid on and was awarded work for the original expansion of the Madison County Waste Water Plant, opening the door to the industrial and municipal markets that are the core focus today. In 2005, the company incorporated as JL Bryson Inc., a name that honors Justin, Lori, and their legacy. Over time, project needs led to the growth of in-house fabrication, manufacturing, and machining services, creating the full-service company clients know today. Still family-owned and family-led, the business continues to operate on the values it was founded on: honesty, quality, integrity, and respect.
